Cem-FIL®
54/38 Roving: a specialised AR glass chopping roving designed for
use in automated processes for the manufacture of GRC composites.
Cem-FIL® 54/38 roving is designed for excellent processability
and optimum reinforcing efficiency by virtue of its high split, low
tex, strand format. It is used mainly in the manufacture of standard
GRC panels for roofing, wall cladding and bridge formwork. |

61/1 |
 |
Cem-FIL®
61/1 Roving: an AR glass process roving mainly designed for conversion
into chopped strands by the user and subsequently used in the manufacture
of GRC products by the premix method. The chopping of Cem-FIL®
61/1 roving results in chopped strands equivalent to the Cem-FIL®
60/2 product but the roving format allows for automation of dosage
and economy of transport. Strands chopped from 61/1 roving are designed
for ease of mixing and integrity. They are used in the premix process
for the manufacture of GRC components for architectural, civil engineering
and infrastructure. |
